2010 Grammy Award Nominations Announced



Last night, December 2nd, the plight of a bunch of old dudes who sit around and listen to occasionally decent music every year finally came to fruition: The panelists for the Grammy Awards released the nominations for the 2010 Grammy Awards, which will be held January 31st, into the world.



This time around has some definitely obvious picks (What with Beyoncé and her 10 different nominations), some frustrating ones (Kings of Leon with 4 different nominations, ALL for the song “Use Somebody”), some awesome ones (Ray LaMontagne, MGMT, and Neko Case all up for a couple awards each), some seemingly unfair ones (three of Bob Marley’s kids are up for nominations), and some all out weird ones (Willie Nelson is nominated for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album….WHAT IN THE HELL???).
